Because it is made to your specification, the 14-day right of cancellation does not apply to made-to-order furniture (see Returns & Refunds) — your rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged are unaffected. Solid wood is a living material: grain, colour and small natural movement vary from piece to piece and with the seasons. Delivered flat or in sections for assembly; a large table or bed is a two-person handling job.
